Managing your subscription

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, then tap Actus and choose Cancel. See Apple's guide →

What about refunds?

Refunds are also handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find your Actus charge, and request a refund. If Apple declines and you believe there was an error on our side, write to us and we'll advocate on your behalf.

Account & data

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your workout history, profile, and any data we hold within 30 days. A copy of your data is retained for legal compliance (anonymised) for up to 12 months.

How do I change my email?

Open the app and go to Profile → Edit Email. You'll receive a confirmation link at the new address.

Workouts & coaching

Something's wrong with my workout or the Coach.
